The location is perfect, right beside the train station in the city center. We were able to get rid of our bags quickly and start exploring Venice right away. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the Grand Canal. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh pastries and eggs. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being right near the train station and a main vaporetto stop. It made it easy for me to explore the city and travel to other locations. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Julia who assisted me with transport information. The hotel facilities were great, with a large and modern bathroom in my room. The cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast provided was simple but delicious. There were also some great restaurants nearby for dining options.

I was really surprised by the Abbazia De Luxe Bed & Breakfast. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station and close to the grand canal. The room I stayed in had a charming and unique decor, with a modern bathroom with a luxurious shower. I especially enjoyed the beautiful courtyard where I could relax with a glass of wine. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay more fun. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, with an assortment of fresh fruits and a lovely outdoor seating area. I would highly recommend this hidden gem for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is so close to the train station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. You can easily reach the hotel on foot in just a couple of minutes from Santa Lucia train station. Additionally, the hotel's location directly across from the water bus adds to its convenience.
Everything was great, no improvements needed.
